    You can never get a face to face appointment, you have to go on line, receive a call, if you miss it, tough! Then on the rare occasion you might get an appointment to see a doctor.... no no my mistake a nurse! do the GPs no longer work? This surgery has been bad since the reopening after Covid. All other practices have gone back to normal working hours, structures and processes as has all other businesses, why haven't you.

    Having submitted 2 e consults and felt has if they never answered my questions , I finally got a face to face appointment, the difference is unbelievable , it was explained to me why items were prescribed for me and it out out my mind at rest , instead of me thinking it would aggrevate my condition,I actually felt better in myself when I came out ,I was feeling pretty low when I went in , I don't think there is any substitute for face to face appointment , please let's have more , also the doctor I seen today was absolutely brilliant, I would like to thank him

    I always get an appointment or response quickly and the staff are excellent. They are very helpful and friendly and the doctors and nurses are very professional

    Used e-consult to report escalation of medical issue. Doctor contacted me very promptly reviewed my issue decided on treatment sent prescription and arranged follow up appointment. Very efficient caring and kind. Thanks

    I needed a consultation due to a condition which I know is potentially cancerous. After communicating with the elusive e consult whereby the aim seems to be to fob people off I received an appointment with someone who knew nothing about my condition and was just going to fob me off. The. Decided to refer for a scan whereby I was told would be seen urgently within 2 weeks, then received choose and book letter and could not book an appointment until june ! ! Was very upset and annoyed and told by go surgery that they would need to refer me somewhere else. Just told that it was all down to covid and I could go private. Disgraceful. So urgent with nhs is nearly 3 months

    The new surgery south is a very unwelcoming place and still no pharmacy or bus route . Instead of taking new patients on try and look after the ones you have ! Above their station and they should remember the roots from which they came from, trying to be something they are certainly not
