My appointment was on time,and I was examined by the doctor after explaining my problem. A course of action was determined and apprpriate medication prescribed. Any questions I had were patiently answered with no sense of being rushed.

My husband had not been feeling well for around 3 weeks. I finally persuaded him to book an appointment to see a GP to get checked out. I rang the surgery at 4.50 pm yesterday, briefly telling the receptionist the concern. Following a brief reference to a member of the practice he was asked to attend within the next half an hour which we did and saw a doctor for a consultation at 5.15 pm. He collected a prescription at our pharmacy at 9.45 am today. If that’s not good service by the GP practice then I don’t know what is! My husband also has a follow-up appointment with a nurse today. Thank you to everyone involved.

Recently I have needed to contact the surgery several times. On each occasion the service has been excellent. I was most impressed by the care and the communication between the surgery staff. On one occasion the main GP dealing with my case was off and another GP advised with an urgent issue. He liaised with my GP to ensure a seamless service. All of the staff including receptionists, nurses and doctors have been professional and caring. I have recommended this surgery recently to friends and family.

I have MS and so im in regular contact with the surgery for various reasons. The staff are all great. Receptionists are pleasant and usually pretty helpful. Nurse practitioners are great and so are GP. They do their job well and are quick to address any issues. Everything is simple! Would like the online consultation back as it was easy way to get in contact but calling is easy enough and when needed i have always got a same day call back or appointment.
