No empathy, no ears, no effort. Just bullish behaviour by my GP. I'm heartbroken to have to look at Private Medical care to just be listened to by a professional. It's so sad.

The service I got yesterday was excellent. The way in which everything was put into place within one hour of my appointment was exceptional. I would rate this practice a definite 10 out of 10. Thank you to everyone who worked on my needs yesterday!
