I attended a Drs appointment last week and was seen promptly. Great service and after a barrage of tests one week later I have had blood taken further test results back seen by a nurse prescriber and am starting treatment. I cant thank you enough for the efficient and prompt service I have received . I am fully aware of the pressure NHS staff are under and my treatment was nothing short of outstanding from the Receptionists and Clinical staff.

I was receiving medical care for over a month using their out of hours and weekend appointments. what can I say, they are wonderful, they helped me through my recovery I visited daily to have a dressing changed and met the Nurses and the Reception Team they were wonderful, polite, caring, professional, listened to me, guided me, cared about me, they made my recovery easier, nicer and I would recommend this Team to anyone they are a one off they were lovely a massive thank you from me to you all

I received letter from nhs saying I needed to book vivid vaccine. Unfortunately I cannot book online for medical reasons and need to get vaccine from gp practice. This practice do give vaccines but they refused to give me mine and even though I asked to speak to manager, as receptionist would not allow me to speak to team that arrange vaccines, the manager refused to call me back. I have not heard anything back for A week even though I was promised a call back. There is no way I can get my vaccine as Chadwick practice refuse to help.
