As a result of healthy lung check initiative I was asked to attend an appointment with a nurse practitioner. I was notified promptly after lung check (CT scan) and was given a healthy heart check. The practitioner was efficient, professional and gave excellent advice. Within a week I received a phone call with test results, advice and advised that I would be notified of a follow up check. Excellent, professional, caring and reassuring service. I joined this practice (then on Linthorpe Road opposite Forbes Building) as a child. I am now in my 70s- enough said. Will never change practice.

No medication no treatment no appointment phone or otherwise in short been without prescribed meds for a time not able to see my diabetic doctor told to phone 111 all the time what do I pay n I and tax for

I am proud to say that I feel privileged to have been with this practice for over 50 years I would never want to be anywhere else, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and docters, I have never had any cause to complain, they deal with any problems I have with my medication I only have to ring or email them and its sorted, I can talk to them like they are my real family and they always make time to listen and being elderly and live on my own I really appreciate that.

Although this is not my practice I accompanied my husband who is a patient we were met by a friendly efficient secretary my husband is vu nerable and the doctor was excellent with him speaking directly to his face in a clear manner with dignity and respect we were listened to he was very thorough on the afternoon we saw the diabetic nurse who is a real Gem she was very reassuring friendly and extra caring the whole experience was wonderful I would highly recommend this practice

excellent empathetic staff. Some of the ridiculous negative reviews on here complaining about things like no appointments are the fault of the Conservative Govt not the practice. Run by a first rate GP, The practice is superbly run and over the years has supported our family brilliantly,Thank you so much
