   After 2 1/2 years, see my previous review, it boiled down to end of life care for my 98 yr old mother. The staff were fantastic throughout, never once was my mother left wanting. At the very end, one carer sang a gentle hymn type song, then said a prayer over her. It calmed my mother down, it was so touching, it really has changed me somehow, I don't know how! The staff were so helpful, respectful, obliging and professional in all aspects of my mother's care, they've felt like family throughout, and I'm going to miss them all terribly! Everything was explained to me. Thanks to everyone there!
