The Oxfordshire Association for the Blind was formed in 1877 and has been supporting visually impaired people (VIP) in Oxfordshire ever since. We have a proud record of service and support. We advise on services and equipment that enable visually impaired people to live independent lives.

We are here to help those who find it difficult to read the local news. CTN is a dedicated and skilled team of volunteers who bring digitally recorded news to the blind and visually impaired in Cirencester and the surrounding areas.
