First point of contact for people affected by HIV/AIDS requiring social services. The team will ensure that everyone has access to information and advice which supports their wellbeing. This will include online information, and telephone advice supported by trained Adult Social Care Advisors.

Counselling available on a one-to-one basis, using a person-centred approach, for people experiencing problems relating to alcohol, drugs or gambling. Individuals can self refer and referrals can be made on a client's behalf by other agencies.
