It creates a sense of community and self-help within the area and promotes the views of the members to other bodies.

If you are a carer in East Suffolk, then you’re welcome to join us for an informal coffee session, where we exchange one-to-one emotional support, information and advice on such topics as respite, benefits, transport and local services for those being cared for.
