Rural East Suffolk Carers Action Network (RESCAN) promotes the quality of life of Carers, and those being cared for, in rural East Suffolk. It creates a sense of community and self-help within the area and promotes the views of the members to other bodies.

The Newmarket Day Centre is a resource for anybody over the age of 50. Our aim is to make getting older a more enjoyable time for all.

Self help group for anyone who has been touched by cancer - patients, carers, family and friends. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month between 12 - 2pm in a friendly atmosphere; tea, informed chats, empathetic company, practical and emotional support.
