NHS Strength and flexibility: standing press-up

Stand at arm's length from the tree.

Place your hands on the tree, arms straight and shoulder width apart.

Hands flat and pointing up. Keep your back and legs straight.

To start the move, slowly bend your arms

until the tip of your nose almost touches the tree.

Then slowly straighten your arms to return to the starting position.

For more over a challenge,

try standing further away to lean more of your weight against the tree.

Or try doing the press-ups with your hands placed on a bench

instead of a tree.

Nice idea and would like to do these exercises but there is no way I am having I-tunes on my computer again thank you!
Is the NHS in cahoots with Apple?

Love the idea of C25K, I have downloaded the MP3s and did the first run on Saturday. A little sore on Monday.

Would love to do strength and flexibility series but ...

I don't have (and don't want) iTunes. I don't have (and don't want) Adobe Flash. And I don't have (and don't want) JavaScript.

Can we just have MP4s or AVIs?

Thanks for the excellent resources!

I just completed my Couch-to-5K plan, and am trying to start with the Strength & Fitness plan next.

However, I'm facing a problem without access to the videos. Videos are currently downloadable only from itunes, which I do not (and cannot) use. Also, the videos on this page use Adobe Flash, which is not available on my Android Phone or Tablet.

Since there is no simple way to download these videos to my phone/tablet, I am unable to use them and get started with the series.

Would it be possible to provide a simple, straight-forward download of these videos without using Apple or Adobe's software?
