Tender lamb strips recipe

  • 1 lamb steak

Method

  1. Preheat the grill on high setting. Grill the lamb for around 6 minutes on both sides until cooked through (no pink meat) and tender.

  2. Allow the lamb to cool, then remove any fat and cut into finger-length strips.

  3. Serve a quarter of the lamb strips as a finger food. Refrigerate any leftovers or use them in a meal or sandwich. You can freeze any remaining lamb steaks.
