I have been going to this dentist for a long while now and always feel happy with the great service I have received and would totally recommend them to anyone who asked me is there a good dentist in your area. From the reception team to the chair they are the best.

I have received several treatments with my dentist and he has been great. He gave time and attention to detail, was very thorough in his work as well as caring about my well being during any lengthy procedure explaining everything that he is doing, asking if I’m ok throughout and ensuring that I was happy with the work he carried out, he certainly makes visiting a dentist a much more happier experience so Thank You.

After 3+ years as an NHS patient, and having a few different treatments/dentists lead my appointments, I have to say I have nothing but praise for how accommodating, understanding, organised and professional the services are. The receptionist seems to be 1 of 2 and are always welcoming and polite, even when faced with adversity/urgency. The dentist is always visibly clean, to a very high standard and this really puts you at ease. The actual dentists have always been wonderful with the one I saw on March 2023 being extraordinarily professional, thorough, friendly, and explaining / showing me supportive evidence of specific issues / symptoms I have. I am so lucky to have all my family at this dentist as NHS patients and would highly recommend it to any one, even privately, because it really is second to none in relation to other dental practice experiences I have had. Being an older person, I have been the patient of quite a few different dentists. Some are good, some are less good and a few are outstanding. My dentist at this practice is among the outstanding few. His quiet manner puts one at ease and his excellent dentistry skills give confidence. I have always had the highest level of service from this practice.

As always, the staff at Swaleclifffe Dental Centre are very friendly and helpful. I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience is because the heavy door is not friendly to old people. I was lucky that my Carer was with me on this occasion. There is also nothing to read and no water fountain. Shame for such nice little place.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apologise that you found the door very difficult. We have had a door bell fitted to the right of the front door so anyone can request assistance on arrival. The door closer has also been adjusted. We do not supply reading material, but will print on request any information about your treatment. This is helping towards a more sustainable future. Water is always available, there is a notice at reception to ask any team member and they will bring you some. After a review of our infection control policy the dispenser was relocated. Thank you for raising your concerns and helping us improve our service. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

The dental practice was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and carried out my procedure in a very professional manner, explaining everything clearly to me and resolving my issue quickly.

I consider myself very fortunate to be a NHS patient at this practice. I get a friendly welcome from reception to treatment. I have, in the past, been very nervous attending the dentist, but not here.

In this day and age, service to clients is not at the top of the tree, however, Swalecliffe Dental Centre can prove they have a very good customer relationship which is very comforting when you have a degree of tension when visiting a Dentist.
