this was my normal regular visit,and i had no qualms or fears about attending this excellent dental practice,where the staff are always friendly & seem happy to be glad to see their patients. if i had one little moan,i was early for my appointment,but i didnt get called to see the dentist until 15 minutes after my appointed time,with no info until i asked about the hold up. as i was being met,i had to tell my driver to come 20 minutes later as the parking spaces are very limited around the surgery otherwise i would have given 10/10,,thanks to all the staff.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and I am sorry to hear your appointment was delayed. Since no-one has raised such a comment before we have discussed this at our monthly meetings and decided that if there is more than a five minute delay the staff will inform patients so they can liaise with their driver as parking is quite limited in the area. As always the staff are always friendly. For years I was always worried about going to the dentists but this Dental Centre has been nothing but helpful. I no longer worry.

The dentist and staff go way beyond to make you feel comfortable and important,make sure you are reminded of your appointments in case you may forget

They are always welcoming & friendly from the receptionist up to the dentist & always explain well what is needed to be done, if anything.

Today I have just finished having a crown fitted at the aycliffe dentistry in swalecliffe, and had first class treatment from the initial prep work to the fitting and I was as usual treated brilliantly by the receptionist to my favourite dentist so I’m very happy and glad to be one of their patients and actually look forward to being pampered by the great team so thanks everyone.

Very clean efficient staff. Thank you for taking care of us over the years. We need more NHS dentist so that more people have the opportunity to use the NHS.

Hi Elaine, Thank you for your comments. Yes there is a shortage of dentists willing to work in the NHS, if only it could be funded better more people would be able to access care through their local practices. Our government need to remember to look after the nation's oral health.

The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. The hygienist took great care and left me with a brighter smile. I was very happy with the experience.

During my short 6 monthly check up I received a courteous and fully professional service from all concerned at the practice. Minimal waiting time, efficient administration and very professional and courteous treatment in dealing with my needs

The reception when you arrive are very friendly and helpful and efficient, you are put at ease with the dentist and the assistant, I'm quite nervous but they treat you with respect and keep you updated on what they are doing, I'd recommend this dentist surgery to anyone.

I was in a emergency situation although without pain because I somehow dropped a crown. Despite the lack of pain my dentist arranged to see me the very next day, dealt with the problem instantly and left me, once again, feeling that I was incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful dental practice to rely on.
