Hi When ever I go to the Swalecliffe practice they are always very welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault the team there nothing is too much trouble. You never have to wait too long to be seen The treatment I have received there is delivered with such calm,I don't feel like I am at the dentist, then suddenly your teeth are fixed and you are on your way home

I'm a very nervous patient and had to visit the hygienist for the very first time. She was very understanding and caring and talked me through everything she was doing. I came away feeling incredibly happy but also very relaxed because of the service I received. For me to trust a dentist is very important and if I have to visit her again hopefully I won't be so anxious.

I rang at 9.30 got an appointment for 10.00 I was seen at 10.00 promptly. I am a very nervous,and anxious patient. The dentist and the dental nurse were very understanding. When I dissolved in to tears they were very kind and made me feel that things weren't as bad as I was imagining. Would highly recommend

i attended yesterday,and was once again treated with the utmost concern & politeness by the staff i came into contact with. a credit to their business & i have been to many surgeries over the years ( i am 75 ) and this is by far the best one.

had emergency treatment on a loose crown and got an appointment the same day. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.

From the very welcoming receptionist in the extremely clean and tidy entrance area to the treatment given by both dentist and dental nurse, all in all a pleasant experience. Not something one always associates with a trip to the dentist!

They were so brilliant. My son has autism and is extremely anxious about dentists and they made such an effort to put him at ease, explaining everything allowing him to ask questions, and making it a positive experience. Thank you so much.

The staff were welcoming and efficient. The hygienist talked me through the procedure and offered very useful advice on how to continue improved dental care at home.
