Do not smoke or get advice to help you stop.

Eat healthy - advice avilable.

Alcohol weekly allowance to avoid health issues - 14 units for women and 21 for men.

Reduce weight - advice on appropriate weight for your height available - it is essential to eat less than before if you wish to loose weight.

A note regarding Coventry IAPT services that can be accessed directly by self referral. This ia a very good service that gives access as appropriate for counselling, CBT and other services. People who have accessed it ( including citizens from the ethnic minorities) have  found the servics very beneficial, Their contact number is 024 7667 1090.

We are undertakeing a project with patients who appear to  need multiple consultations in a short time period. When these can be dealt with by self management and taking responsibility for own health we wish to encourage  the change. This would free up capacity in the practice to see acutely ill patients. The practice receives many complaints about non availability of appoitments. We need your help with this project.

You may access out of hours serviced by dialing 111 for non urgent problems and 999 for life threatening problems.

We have been inspected by the CQC. Our services have been rated GOOD. Please see detailed report below.

We have improved our appointments system. See how to make appointments for details.

We are working towards online appointment booking and online prescription ordering. The software has been installed. Staff training in progress. Will be live from 1 July 2014.

We have a number of comments relating to receptionists and car parking. We are keen to improve services and to do this we need further information to address the problem. May I please request that the person making the comment please as a separate action contat me , Dr Dalpat Mistry ( please leave a phone number in a sealed envelope addressed to Dr D Mistry confidential) so that I can fully understand the issues involved. In any case we have had a huge change in staff members.

We have been told that the car park will be made avialable in September.
