Garston Family Health Centre Moved into the new South Liverpool Treatment Centre on 11.04.2011. We are unique in the fact that our services are provided through salaried staff and not the historic senior partner practice that has been the model since the NHS began. COMING SOON - Summary Care Record

Our Practice is due to be switched on for Summary Care Record soon.  What does this mean for you!

A summary care record will be created for each patient.

This means if you visit an emergency service anywhere in England the person responsible for treating you will be able to, with your permission, view which medication you are taking - this means the person who is treating you will be able to offer you the best care possible.
