    I’ve been sitting all weekend trying to get my head around how to download my images which I desperately need for tm (Tuesday). I have left two messages at the Mid-Ulster and no-one has gotten back to me. I’m wondering what I paid. £310 for! Very disappointed in the after care.

    I had an MRI scan on my left knee. Booking the appointment was easy and getting the scan on the day was very easy and efficient. However, I waited 10 plus days to get my results back from the team, after being told I would get the results back within 5 days. When I tried calling to find out the status they would always direct me to an email so they didn't have to deal with me. When I emailed the email address, I had no response. Even after chasing the status 5 times on 3 different emails I still had no response. Truly awful customer service team. I chose to go private to bypass the long waiting times, but instead got a good service with a shocking customer service and no communication. By far the most challenging company I have ever had to deal with. I hope I never have to use this company again.

    Last night, for the first time I had an MRI scan. When I walked into the department I must admit I was very apprehensive, but from the time I walked through the door to the time I left the staff put me at ease. They were very professional, but at the same time very friendly. The facilities were excellent and everything was very clean and tidy. In fact, everything was first class.

    I went for a MRI scan. They seem not to have any quality control over what they do. They scanned one part of my head but missed another. There were only two parts to scan - how distracted do the technicianS had to be to make such a mistake that they did not know what they were to scan. They realised their mistake after several hours and summoned me to do the remaining scan. Unfortunately I live far away and had to travel at a very short notice, on a very hot day to have the scan completed. They seem not to care that they wasted a day worth of work for me. I will avoid them at all cost in the future

    I found the overall experience excellent This is the First time I had gone through the MRI The Man explained and went through my details The two girls were lovely and reassured me it will be ok Asked did I want music The gentleman kept reassuring me as when I was in the machine and also kept me up to date on how long I had to go. Would give 10 out of 10.

    Went for my pet scan for the 3rd time in 3 weeks same problem scanner broken every time had to walk out before losing my temper hopefully next weeks appointment will go ahead

    The technician who did the procedure was superbly wonderful, understanding and helpful with my questions, and suggested the way forward towards clearing my doubts. Kudos to her for her perseverance!!!

    I had been referred by rheumatology at Causeway Hospital, for nerve injection at Hillsborough. I was given an appointment, then sent a second one, told on the phone not to attend,the first one. Then on the day, I received a telephone call to tell me that I had missed an appointment. I phoned up to check the second appointment, they had no record if it. No because if this I probably won't get treatment as I have run out of time, due to their incompetence.

    Had to drive an hour to appointment in icy conditions, they rang as I got to car park and cancelled appointment. This is my second very poor experiences of alliance medical. In a previous one I had no privacy or dignity ad personal questions were asked in front of other patients of the opposite sex.

    I had an MRI scan 1 month ago as my doctor had concerns over a previous CT scan. But 1 month after having the MRI, it hasn't even been looked at and forwarded to the relevant department ! ! ! Upon speaking to the MRI dept. they said "phone back next week as our doctors are very busy ! " This is an absolute shambles as early diagnosis is extremely important for patients. The NHS should look carefully at their license and business arrangements with this company if they are incompetent to do vital work for the NHS
