    I had an MRI scan 1 month ago as my doctor had concerns over a previous CT scan. But 1 month after having the MRI, it hasn't even been looked at and forwarded to the relevant department ! ! ! Upon speaking to the MRI dept. they said "phone back next week as our doctors are very busy ! " This is an absolute shambles as early diagnosis is extremely important for patients. The NHS should look carefully at their license and business arrangements with this company if they are incompetent to do vital work for the NHS

    The girl that took me to the "room" not sure what you can call a metal thing outside of the hospital, was cold and was raining. On the top of that I wasn't really explain the MRI. As a person suffering with PTSD ( obviously staff didn't bother to read my notes ) it was a horrible experience. I have never suffer as bad panic attack as I did when then put this " mask" on your face and then they put you into this machine which was tight, and you can hear everything. I would highly recommend for Alliance Medical people to train your people a lot better on mental health issues. Cos of the people at this MRI wasn't that friendly I felt embarrassed to talk to them after it or even press the button. Thanks God I had my calming tablets and I know the breathing technique. But after it I broke down into tears to my partner. I swear I will suffer in pain before I will have this done again.

    Filled in my pre scan details on a shelf in a corridor while I was kept standing, obviously they don’t have a facility for an interview room. No music/radio on headphones to mask the sound of scanner which must be frightening for some people. I paid for my scan and they said they had emailed my scan images to me which I never received and they refused to email them to me again. Suggest you use another private healthcare provider.
