The nurse was very professional and informative. She explained everything well and She showed care and gave us the appropriate aftercare.

GP gave me sufficient time to discuss my medical issue. He listened and prescribed medication. And referred me for further diagnosis.

I was seen by the practice nurse for a routine appointment and the nurse made two further appointments for me to bring me up to date with all my medical reviews.

I find the care under this surgery very good/excellent. I have a number of health conditions but one severely came on yesterday, I was given an emergency appointment and subsequent antibiotics. I am not well yet but the meds are working slowly and I will return next week. Thank you. The lead doctor/practise owner is excellent and the receptionists are calm, kind and ready to help.

I had come to have an asthma review with a nurse. Although she came out and called for patients she didn’t call my name. However it was only when the observant receptionist realised that I hadn’t been called that they went to check with the nurse and found she had gone for the day. Therefore I had wasted my time and had to rebook another appointment for the following week.

The Doctor that sees me is very understanding. He listens and explains everything very clearly. He is caring and ensures that I was comfortable. He is the best GppP I had in a long time.

I had a lovely experience with the practice nurse on Wednesday 24th January whilst organising my travel immunisations. She not only squeezed in my whole family, but also ensured that I had my smear that was due within the same appointment. Her manner was so professional and knowledgeable and caring. She left all of us feeling so confident about the care being given. She was amazing at her job!

I Told the Doctor i was Barely Breathing he just checked me didnt give me nothing to easy my Breathing I was Barely Talking aswell he wrote me a prescription with antibiotics which they made me Pay for them and doctor told me aswell to buy a spray for my throat cuz i was rly struggling breathing but after i took the antibiotics and applied the spray Didnt help At All

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were unwell, but we have no control over who pays for prescriptions there is a criteria to meet if you cannot pay and all pharmacies within the area would help you with that. I will pass your feedback to all clinicians. Regards, practice manager
