I Told the Doctor i was Barely Breathing he just checked me didnt give me nothing to easy my Breathing I was Barely Talking aswell he wrote me a prescription with antibiotics which they made me Pay for them and doctor told me aswell to buy a spray for my throat cuz i was rly struggling breathing but after i took the antibiotics and applied the spray Didnt help At All

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were unwell, but we have no control over who pays for prescriptions there is a criteria to meet if you cannot pay and all pharmacies within the area would help you with that. I will pass your feedback to all clinicians. Regards, practice manager

The practice has been good and it was easy to get an appointment before Covid-19. However, the waiting time to get an appointment is quite long nowadays. I suppose it's a general problem in the nhs due the the healthcare being overwhelmed with shortage of staff. The doctors and nurses are good and caring. Some of the reception staff are friendly and helpful some can be short and not so accommodating.

The Gp and team are always on point with service , I never have a problem communicating and asking for help . I’m glad my Gp is a caring expert with me and my family .

My family and I have been patients of this practice for over 9 years. There is a real personalised service from the GPs.

I notice a week ago I had pain in my knee and legs was swelling. I phoned the doctor and got in to see him same day. I was concerned over blood clots in the leg. He referred me to whips cross Hospital next day. Very impress with the doctor at the micro faculty Chingford

They took us after 40 minutes of waiting with 2 small sick and crying childrens, but if you late 3-4 minutes is not good

Polite and very responsive clinic. Reception empathetic and friendly. All doctors I have seen so far have been excellent both to myself and my baby daughter. I would highly recommend.

I attended the practise after calling the surgery about on going issues with my back condition and an issue with my arm. I had a telephone consultation and was asked to attended for a face to face. The GP that I saw was same GP as I had the telephone consultation with and the main GP I like to see as he is aware and has dealt with most of the issues with my back etc. as always I found the GP to be professional caring and reassuring. He listened to my issue examined me and gave his medical opinion on my issue then made the referrals etc needed. I left the appointment feeling I was listened to and that my on going health issues are in good hands. I can only say positive things about this medical practise and this particular GP.

Had a good experience with the nurse she was friendly and efficient however, it did take over 3 weeks to get an appointment which was disappointing.
