Gp did not rush me and listened to all my concerns. On time and very easy to sign in and also to book and appointment. They may not be as quick as you would like but that is not the fault of the practice so thank you

Had to have a B12 injection, which is a little painful when liquid goes in. Nurse was lovely, she puts you at ease and is really nice and chatty, so makes you relax and will have a laugh with you. 😄

I rang to make an appointment to see my GP and managed to get into see him on the same day. Was sent for blood work, managed tonget in at the hospital the following day, results back the following day and the surgery phoned to book me in two days later to review them with my doctor. You can't complain at that level of service.

The new (ish) registrar I saw yesterday was excellent and restored my faith in general practice. He empathised and was extremely thorough- well briefed on my notes despite having never before met. Please keep him. He’s a huge benefit to Downland.
