I was very well welcomed at my Gp Practice. The receptionists and the nurse were kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you very much for the wonderful service

Seeing the GP the afternoon after calling into Somerstown in the morning was most pleasing and that visit allayed my worries about chest and arm pains. Just as pleasing was that the GP intends to look into my contact with the surgery problems - I am deaf and cannot use the telephone.

I was given appointments for 2 separate blood tests when one appt could do both, the professional taking blood did both - very good. I also enquired about vaccination for travel. Sadly receptionist was little help. Asked a doctor forgot the info before getting to me. Told to ring the travelling from home. A walk into Goldchem pharmacy solved all ( at a price of course)

Thank you for your feedback. You are right that one appointment should have been arranged to cover the required tests, this is something that we are looking to improve. Travel vaccinations are available and I am sorry that reception was not able to help you, I will share this learning with the team.

Had about 20 minutes wait past appointment time. Very friendly lovely nurses. Did a thorough check of mum aged 95. They were very attentive. Thanks
