I had a telephone appointment with a really lovely Dr today. She was so kind & caring & made me feel valued. She listened to my current health concerns & gave me so much information & has arranged for some tests to be carried out. I really appreciate her kindness.

Doctor very pleasant and understanding with me and the wife not in a rush to get rid of us and explained everything in plan English

Emailed re wife dementia on Tuesday evening. No response. Forwarded email the following Monday with read receipt. Email was read. Then had a response that it would be dealt with soon. Daughter contacted the practice Thursday & told it was on the doctors list for Friday. Still no response. Not even a "we're dealing with it". Best part of 2 weeks & nothing from the practice. Does anyone there give a damn?

On line system was really easy to use and I had a face to face consultation later that day with a professional, friendly and knowledgable Nurse Practitioner who was able to assess, diagnose and precribe for me. I am always so impressed with this GP Practice.

Over the last 4 months of trying to book a vaccine for shingles At the age of 72 nothing no communication about when or why my wife were missed or not included

Thank you for your review, I apologies you have had difficulties making a shingles vaccine appointment. Our team have been very busy focusing on MMR vaccines due to the high rise in recent measles and mumps cases in the area and also ensuring all influenza vaccines are completed to give the maximum protection. We, of course have not forgotten about shingles vaccines we do clinics with appointments available please contact the practice to book your shingles vaccine.

Filled in an online form for what was a relatively low priority issue. Had a phone call within an hour for a same day an appointment. The nurse I spoke to was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring and spoke through everything step by step. I really felt listened to.

I used the online service yesterday, it was so easy to fill the form in & within the hour a GP phoned me in response. For a non-serious issue this worked brilliantly & would be my preference from now on.

Recent visits to the surgery about my health were met with an early appointment, followed by a detailed session with the doctor. Various tests were called for and carried out quickly by very kind staff. The results were later discussed with me over the phone, allowing me the way to proceed. As an elderly person, worrying about my health, I now feel reassured that all is being done to help me.

Never anyone at reception all in back office. Waited 10 mins to give blood pressure results. Gave up in the end as I had children with me. Now using electronic check in. Where is the receptionists. Blood pressure machine no instructions at all. Lucky a lady in the waiting room told me what way to put my arm. It just needs a simple picture to tell people. Customer service zero. Doctors and nurses awesome though.

called up for a checkup, nurse was lovely, friendly and informative explained everything in my language, bonus. had a question for reception, extremely helpful, gave me all he information i needed. all staff are smiley peeps. never have a problem with this practice, always helpful always friendly, thank you
