I rang the surgery to confirm medication. I went from caller 2 to 1 while waiting I decided to check the website. They close at about 6 this was at19:09. Why did it not say they were closed?

Very helpful receptionist got me a very quick appointment with a paramedic this morning. He took a great deal of trouble with me and of understanding my rather unusual illness, aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease He went through and explained exactly what I had to do and why very clearly. I was very impressed. Thank you

Having had a malignant melanoma excised following a referral by Salisbury Medical Practice, and a lipoma removed at Salisbury Medical Practice, when I noticed a lump on my hand and a growth under my arm I made an appointment to examine them. I was reluctant to use the online booking system but was mistaken as it proved simple and speedy. At my appointment the lump on my hand, a ganglion cyst, was promptly removed, and the seborrheic keratosis under my arm was frozen off. Staff were helpful and the Doctor was reassuring, efficient and skilled with a dry humour that again put me at ease, as it had when removing the lipoma earlier last year. Many thanks for the fuss free service.

The system of being able to request online, a non urgent appointment, is exceptionally good. My request completed online early morning resulted in an offer of a face to face within a few days with the doctor of my choice. The online request procedure is simple and easy to fill out. A vast improvement on the telephone.

Salisbury Medical Practice's system for both covid and flu booster injections was extremely easy to book and receiving the jabs was really quick, streamlined and professional. The staff were friendly, efficient and patient centred. I was able to arrange that both my husband and I had appointments at similar times, saving us time and inconvenience. An excellent service.

Don't be put off by the sometimes extended queue times on their phones. Once they have identified your need, and directed you to the right person, you are very well looked after.

The whole experience was well organised, no delays or waiting. My only criticism was that I would have preferred my two jabs on the same day instead of the 2 days following. When I asked if I could have the flu jab as well as the Covid I was told emphatically no. Hence I had to attend 2 days on the trot.

I have attended the practice twice in the last week...once for the Flu jab and once for the Covid jab. On both occasions the were carried out quickly and efficiently.
