I have attended the practice twice in the last week...once for the Flu jab and once for the Covid jab. On both occasions the were carried out quickly and efficiently.

Both flu and Co-vid vaccinations at SMS were carried out efficiently and speedily - reflecting skilful staff and superb organisation. Recent changes to online booking of appointments has also been a big improvement. Well done

It was a telephone consultation I had last and the doctor was knowledgeable, reassuring and sympathetic. He went through everything possible on a phone consultation and arranged a follow up appointment with a nurse while on the call. It was all very good.

Had an invite for the flu jab. Booked in on-line, arrived at the nominated time and was in and out in no time. Very well organised and lovely staff.

I attended for my flu jab on Saturday . The system was quick and efficient, 6 stations were in operation and patients were entering and exiting at different locations. Temporary staff were assisting and were polite and helpful . 10 out of 10

Very well run process from notification, booking dates and the actual vaccination. There was plenty of parking which was very convenient.

We were clearly directed where to go, people were ready to help us. The queue was short, we were in and out very quickly.

The flu vaccination clinic was very quick and efficient, it’s a shame that other things are not as good, ie: actually talking or a face to face appointment with a Dr, all this online business is not always easy for the older person.

Excellent set up with staff checking we had booked and then steady stream of people presenting arm for injection. Put at ease by vaccinator and effectively and efficiently administered.

Having my flu jab was done within the appointment time. No waiting at all and very caring. It was checked that I'd had no reaction to previous ones.
