Waited on the phone for 50 minutes to connect to a receptionist even though I was the 9th in the queue. I visited the GP as well, receptionists are just rude and don't care about you.

I received a prompt and relevant response to a quite complex query. Everything that the practitioner said would be done was completed. This is not isolated, this has always been my experience.
