    I arrived five minutes before my appointment time. Fifteen minutes later, the person in front of me was called in. I asked reception if there was a delay and was informed there was a 30-minute delay as the person in front of me had a 20-minute appointment booked and had gone in. All I needed was a routine blood pressure check and needed to get back to work so I couldn't stay. I know delays can't be helped but 30-minute delays on routine appointments is not helpful when you have work.

    Dear patient, We appreciate your frustration regarding this circumstance, and we applaud you for coming earlier than when your appointment was due to start. Due to unforeseen circumstances, clinicians do run late, and in your circumstance they did. We do appreciate that patients have to work, and you certainly made every effort to attend for your appointment. Suggestions for your situation could be doing home blood pressure readings or doing a blood pressure reading in reception. Please rearrange your appointment to check your blood pressure. We do have extended hours appointments if this accommodates your needs. Peartree Surgery

    been with this doctors surgery for over 20 years, it's been deterioting over the years. current practice doctors are good but let down sometimes by locums and struggle to see the actual practice doctors. A particular member of the reception team does the bare minimum which we've experienced before with same person. Very unhelpful and non caring. struggle to get through on phone lines at 8am for appointment and when you do get through most appointments gone. it has got better with regards to the online system patch however. Certain people in reception really let the practice down as do some but not all locums.

We would like to stress that locum GPs are qualified clinicians who offer the same expertise as the regular clinicians at the surgery, and they are used when required.     Every time I have needed a GP for either myself or my children I have been able to get an appointment and mostly have it sorted that day. The nurse is kind and friendly and the doctors are thorough explaining the symptoms as well as giving the diagnosis.

    Called the surgery at 8:00am My call was answered within 15 minutes I received a call back from the doctor at midday, after a short telephone consultation, the doctor asked to see me I was seen, dealt with and left with a referral within 20 minutes. Very happy with my experience today.

    I called their prescription department number of times today, no one picked up the phone. Surgery picked up but didn't help about my query.

    Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. We can assure you that our dispensary lines are being answered. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm then 3pm to 5pm. You can also submit your prescription requests at the surgery, through the pharmacy or online. Peartree Surgery

    There are a lot to say about this surgery. I arrived to my appointment on time today but waited over 40 minutes. I feel like receptionists is just calling everyone at the same time regardless of the capacity of the surgery. Receptionist was rude when I mentioned that. They are not organised; when they gave me a phone appointment two weeks ago, they didn't give me any specific time for the call and just called me whenever they wanted. I missed number of appointments like that because I didn't know when they were going to call and I wasn't in an appropriate position to answer a call when they did. Worse part is doctor doesn't call you back if you miss that call or receptionists don't put you in touch with the doctor when you call them back ! They should be more respectful to patients.

    Dear patient, We apologise for your experience at Peartree Surgery. We do advise that patients keep their phone with them when they book their appointment and if they miss their call then the clinician will do their best to contact the patient back. We are constantly reviewing our appointment system and are now offering more face to face appointments. The most likely reason for you waiting is because the clinician is was running late. This is out of the receptions hands. If you still have concerns then please write to the surgery so that can address these. Peartree Surgery

    Got appointment, spoke to doctor and followed up quickly. Visited and was given prescription. There was a problem which was sorted very quickly

    Today 8th May 2023 call about a concern told GP would call and within 2 hrs called me ,after a quick consultation, told me to come down straight away ,so as to address it inperson .so on this occasion (Brilliant service)
