After only minutes on the 8am appointment line, my call was answered most courteously, politely and professionally. After listening to mine and my husband's requests, we were delighted to be offered same day appointments. We were actually being seen in appointments within hours of making the initial call. Absolutely incredible service. Considering the inevitable horror stories we all hear on the news etc, we could not have possibly asked for better patient service. Well done and thank you Pallion Family Practice, a very impressive and caring service.

My wife and me telephoned the practice, needing 2 appointments.The receptionist/call handler was friendly and very helpful and gave us back to back appointments to see an advanced nurse practioner later that morning.The nurse practitioner was excellent and an agreed course of action was taken with us individually. We were both pleased and delighted how quickly and efficiently we were dealt with by Pallion Family Practice today.Excellent service in our local community in what are still difficult times.

I had appointment for repeat bloods 2 days ago. That same day i am not feeling well due to shortness of breathe & chestpain and some other issues. Rang the receptionist at 8am if i could possibly get an appt same morning. The lady is very kind and accommodating gave me appt on same day. I had my bloods taken and was seen by an experienced nurse practitioner who goes beyond his role , very professional and arranged all investigations on same morning related to my issues and discusses follow up appointment in 2 weeks time. True enough i came home, rested . Received a call from my GP surgery / Nurse practitioner asking to contact them asap. To cut the story short my surgery has arranged for me a hospital visit for further investigations. The services in my GP surgery including receptionist, Nurse practitioner, health care is excellent , fast paced very professional & reliable. Even my own GP rang up later that day to follow up if i came for hospital appointment. That alone is enough for me to say - thank you so much for the outstanding services from Pallion Family practice whom my whole family been attending for nearly 20 years in a row. Thank you from a satisfied costumer/ patient.

Working 13 hour shifts and not been able to telephone at 8am I have tried to use the online E Consultations on numerous occasions to then receive either a call/text to say I need to make an appointment and to call at 8am!!. Surely the whole point of an E consult is for the GP to triage and make an appropriate appointment? If I could call and make an appointment I wouldn’t be doing an E consult. This method definitely needs looking into. Maybe some appointments kept aside for E Consults?

I rang on the morning for an appointment for after 12 as I was at work. They said only appointment they had was 11.30. So I left work early. Got here at 11.25 as I work in the hospital, and I'm still currently waiting and it's now 12.35. Over a hour late and all I get off the receptionist is sorry there's 2 before you. Not happy at all as I have to be back at work later as well.

After being unable to get appointment at my local drs for weeks, was referred to pallion, nice friendly staff and very understanding dr, shame the link they sent for feed back didnt work!
