I had a test that most ladies dread but the nurse was so quick and efficient that I didn't even realise that it had been done. Her manner definitely needs a positive mention. Thank you.

Rang up at 8.30, kept getting cut off. 9.15 got in queue and 5 minutes later told I couldn't even get a call back today and to try again tomorrow. Absolute Joke. Probably have same issue tomorrow

Im new to the practice and area but have been welcomed with such kindness politeness and respect from all the staff . They have helped with any queiries and pointed me in the right direction. They work tirelessly to help their patients and im looking forward to a long relationship with them . Thank you and well done 👍🏻

This GP surgery looked after my mum for the last 5 years of her life. Nothing was ever too much for them, they were always so kind and helpful. They helped with so many things as her health deteriorated and always treated her with kindness and dignity.

Whilst having some treatment I have been required to have regular blood tests. The surgery have been really helpful in arranging them even when changes to the treatment have led to last minute changes to dates and times. The nurse taking the blood tests is lovely and very kind. She has never caused me any discomfort. In comparison I recently had to have a blood test at the local hospital. The nurse actually hurt me when trying one vein, then again trying the other arm. She then said this was my fault as I had not drunk enough that morning. So, I would like to say thank you very much to the nurse taking bloods and to the surgery in general who have been very kind to me since a recent difficult diagnosis and course of treatment.

My family have received top class service from Old Farm Surgery for the last 22 years. Four generations! Welcoming and attentive, patient, listening and ready to take urgent action when and iff required. My late aged Mother was treated with tenderness and respect for which I will always be grateful. My recent Cancer symptoms were referred urgently and and I have received appropriate and skilled treatment in a timely manner and been kept informed at all stages. We are so lucky to be registered with this lovely caring team which has given us care and attention through some of the toughest times. We cannot praise them enough.

Whenever I have to call Old Farm Surgery I am greeted by a lovely receptionist. They are kind, considerate and extremely patient. In the current situation when surgeries are under extreme pressure Old Farm Surgery staff go above and beyond. Just want to say a big thank you to all of you. X

The best doctor's I've seen. So helpful. Always got time for you. Even when you are sat in reception they know my name and say hello. Very thorough.
