Checked in for the appointment 5 minutes beforehand Receptionist was very polite and friendly It was with a nurse for a diabetic review She was very polite and explained everything that that was happening before taking blood samples and explaining what the medication was for and why Excellent all round

The staff are friendly and considerate. Dr very supportive and gave time freely did not feel rushed.

From reception to the medical staff everyone is friendly, caring, professional and respectful. Everything is explained in a clear and concise way and I felt listened to. Vey positive experience.

I haven’t been a patient very long but with each visit Ive had a positive experience from the staff on reception to doctors and nurses , all members of staff . My experience made me feel better in myself and I’m so glad I chose this surgery as mine.

All staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Only a few minutes wait beyond the appointment time which was very acceptable.

I had a very good experience yesterday with my doctor over a telephone appointment he was there to listen to what I had to say about a ongoing problem I'm having with my shoulder he has given me some good advice to what is going to happen next time I see him as it will be a ongoing issue what might be fixable

Completed e consultation on line shortly after submitting surgery called me offering me an appointment a couple of hours later With a GP at the practice

Shocked by there telephone manners.The way they speak sometimes is terrible.if you carnt speak in a polite manner maybe the job is wrong for you.
