The nurse who removed my stitches was fantastic and is a credit to the practice. She was friendly, courteous and very efficient and put me at ease. All in all it was a great experience - thank you!

Very quick and very efficient. Little late but nothing to worry about. Clean room and lovely lady doing the treatment.

Admin team trained to decline patients with oral problems, well aware of difficulties in booking a dental appointment. Emergency dentistry is virtually non existent yet they refuse to attend to patients with suspected oral infections / issues. Surely oral emergencies is part of medical school, and nurse practitioners are also trained to deal with oral problems. To me this is management of heavy work load,which is, in part, understandable. Me, I just prefer more honesty and transparency, rather than being given misinformation

Good morning. I am afraid I believe you have chosen the wrong organisation. We are the Neasham Road Surgery - GP surgery, not the Dentist. I have on going issues which the team are sorting and looking after my care very well. Cannot always get to see a doctor but the nurse practitioner are very helpful and caring sign posting me to the right course of treatment

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We have 5 GP's and 3 Nurse Practitioners most days working in the Practice. Unfortunately our list size is ever increasing which means more patients for the same number of appointments. We cannot increase our clinicians due to no more space in the building - catch 22 ! Please be assured our Nurse Practitioners are fully trained and can see and treat everything a GP can - sick notes, prescribing, referrals, examinations etc following specific clinical skills training and years of experience. Thank you again for your comments - it means a lot to the team at Neasham Road.

The appointment started in time. The doctor was excellent in that he listened and looked to genuinely care and had a sense of humour, which really helps out you at ease. The venue of the surgery is excellent and comfortable. Reception team are all personable and are treated with a sense of care. Prompt notifications of test results and advice. No complaints from me at all.

all of the staff were really friendly and efficient the nurse that I saw put me at ease and explained everything I was telephoned to say a prescription was waiting for me at my chemist by a very friendly young lady

Everyone is very friendly and polite and the doctors are very helpful and explain everything my appointment yesterday was extremely helpful and solved my problem and made another appointment to check up on my progress very happy with my practice
