I have on going issues which the team are sorting and looking after my care very well. Cannot always get to see a doctor but the nurse practitioner are very helpful and caring sign posting me to the right course of treatment

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We have 5 GP's and 3 Nurse Practitioners most days working in the Practice. Unfortunately our list size is ever increasing which means more patients for the same number of appointments. We cannot increase our clinicians due to no more space in the building - catch 22 ! Please be assured our Nurse Practitioners are fully trained and can see and treat everything a GP can - sick notes, prescribing, referrals, examinations etc following specific clinical skills training and years of experience. Thank you again for your comments - it means a lot to the team at Neasham Road.

The appointment started in time. The doctor was excellent in that he listened and looked to genuinely care and had a sense of humour, which really helps out you at ease. The venue of the surgery is excellent and comfortable. Reception team are all personable and are treated with a sense of care. Prompt notifications of test results and advice. No complaints from me at all.

all of the staff were really friendly and efficient the nurse that I saw put me at ease and explained everything I was telephoned to say a prescription was waiting for me at my chemist by a very friendly young lady

The receptionist and the nurse were friendly, efficient, respectful and professional. I was made to feel at ease during my visit. 😀

Receptionist acknowledged me / smiling Reception area / toilets spotless! Was seen on time! Felt at ease during my appointment, Nurse very understanding and helpful, and all my questions answered Thank-yous

Everyone is very friendly and polite and the doctors are very helpful and explain everything my appointment yesterday was extremely helpful and solved my problem and made another appointment to check up on my progress very happy with my practice

Went to get bloods taken was seen with in 5 mins of appointment no problem getting it out so now will wait for results

I was seen on time and didn’t feel as if I was rushed through the appointment. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Checked in for the appointment 5 minutes beforehand Receptionist was very polite and friendly It was with a nurse for a diabetic review She was very polite and explained everything that that was happening before taking blood samples and explaining what the medication was for and why Excellent all round

The staff are friendly and considerate. Dr very supportive and gave time freely did not feel rushed.
