I met with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner today as I was concerned by ongoing ear pain. She was very friendly and put my mind at ease quickly with her first-class, professional and caring approach. Thank you so much.

Had a very helpful, reassuring consultation with a lovely ANP today. Thorough examination and referrals for further investigation made and put my mind at ease. Not rushed in the slightest and everything explained well with the chance to ask questions. Went away feeling satisfied and reassured. Thank you

The advanced nurse practitioner that my daughter saw today, and who dealt with me through multiple illnesses prior to Christmas, was so friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and clear in her explanations of the symptoms experienced. She was so engaging with my 7 year old, who previously, had been anxious about going to the doctors. I thoroughly appreciated the personable way in which both me and my daughter were dealt with. Thank you.

Just been for routine blood test. Mentioned my lingering cough to the nurse who arranged for me to see the advanced nurse practitioner there and then. I left with a prescription and advice on next steps if no improvement. So joined up and impressive. Thank you and thanks also to reception staff for their efficiency.

I had an appointment with the ANP this week. She was very friendly and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and I felt my concerns were listened to. Thank you.

I visited an Emergency appointment today with a Senior Nurse Practioner and she was fantastic. Talked me through everything, put my mind at ease and diagnosed the problem straight away. What I also found lovely is that we had a 'chat'. No rushing, nothing just a lovely GP experience. It's nice to be nice - thank you.

Able to figure out a problem I’ve had for weeks in mere minutes. It’s such a relief. The new nurse practitioner is lovely and calming and does her so job well. I’m very appreciative.

In the news you hear a lot about health practices not having enough appointments for people or wanting face to face. Mile Lane is the opposite. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have done their upmost to fit me in which was the case when I got a call back today. I wasn't rushed, was met with friendly faces and left feeling much better about my situation and that my health issue was going to be resolved.
