I have never witness the worst medical practice in my life like what I am experiencing with Longshoot. Very unprofessional, never respond too queries and with rude telephonic conversation I would not even recommend them to my enemy

Past 3 years whenever I've been referred for something, I'd have to chase my results (X-Ray, Bloods, etc) only to be told "oh they came back normal so we didn't need to call you". Okay? Maybe tell me so we can find next steps because there's still something wrong. Today has pushed me over the edge, I've kept my cool for three years. I asked for my prescriptions which a consultant had said to start on repeat to be sent to pharmacy on 12/09/2022. The letter the doctor had gotten was dated 30/08/2022 and they had not yet sent my medications. They confirmed in writing that it had been sent and to wait 48 hours. I waited a little longer by a day. Got to the pharmacy. The prescription still hasn't been sent. They only have enquiries open 8am til 11am on week days and you can't write to them after that or before that. Good luck on the phone, you'll be first in the queue for half an hour.

I have been trying to get a face to face appointment since November 2021 but I have been triage with the hold of receiving a phone called within seventy two hrs. The problems I have needs a physical examination which cannot be done over the phone so the problems continue
