Attended a drop in session for an BP Check and to collect a blood form . Seen by a Student Nurse who was very pleasant and welcoming.

Hi, I called the surgery for an appointment my call was answered within a few minutes of waiting, the receptionist took a few details for the doctor and she was lovely, compassionate and very understanding of my problem, I then received a call from my GP the same day who also was very efficient, they dealt with my problem and issued my prescription the same day for me. I have never had any problems with the surgery and I think ask my GP works very well also when i am unable to get to the phone on a busy morning to call in to the surgery, its so much easier to do it from my mobile phone. Overall I am very happy with the my surgery. and woud like to thankyou team Longshoot.

Used askmygp yesterday. Doctor tried to phone x3 times. My phone wasn’t working. Therefore I had to phone surgery this morning to apologise. Was given a face to face appointment for today. I feel that this was exceptional service.

Had my carer health check today professional friendly informative experience from start to finish. I felt I had time to talk and felt listened To by a compassionate and caring member of the team . I was given advise and support and came out of my consultation feeling empowered and motivated to make my own changes needed .

I always find all staff at the surgery friendly and very helpful. I always manage to get an appointment when needed and don’t have a long wait in the waiting area.

I went for a free NHS health review and was seen by the trainee health care assistant who was very professional yet friendly. She told me the results of blood tests for cholesterol and blood sugar levels. She advised me on how these results may impact my future health and helped me devise a plan to improve my health with diet changes and increasing exercise levels. She referred me to a clinic which can offer help and advise on how to lower blood sugar levels. I came away from the appointment feeling that it has been very worthwhile and armed with lots of positive information that will help me improve my future health and prevent disease. I am very grateful to the NHS.
