    Rejected my repeat prescription request as told I need a medication review. Two problems with that: 1) I've already had a call with their chemist and told them I don't want any changes to my medication. 2)Even if I wanted to make an appointment I can't! The line is constantly busy and when you get through you're met with rude and uncaring staff who don't seem to have a clue. Told me to ask the chemist for some "spare" medication, when it's a controlled drug? What idiocy! I've been left in distress and withdrawal because I've been refused medication which I need to function. This practice is disgusting and doesn't care about it's patients.

    Trying to call this GP is redundant exercise. Nobody answers the phone, it dials out for eternity. Unsure how it's acceptable to have a GP open with unattainable methods of contact for their patients. No matter how many times you call there is no answer, except for the afternoon where you're told you can't be serviced or speak to a GP because you didn't call at 8am. It's a joke and putting patients health at risk.

    I have two child. Even my child has fever(>38°C), it still cannot make the appointment. So I go to walk-in nurse service each time. And I am a diabetes patient, no further check-up for two years. So I did know the status of mine. I request the check-up 2 months ago, gp just answer that will arrange coming September.
