    Doctor was brilliant! Couldn’t fault him. He checked the problem out went through everything and then ordered blood tests just to be sure! Thank you

    Dr was unhelpful and did not seem to care. He diagnosed me with a condition and didn’t seem bothered and lacked empathy whilst I was taken a back from the diagnosis. Also he was contradicting his words and didn’t seem sure of what he was saying. Also I was told over the phone which dr I’d be having but got to my appointment and had a different dr which I didn’t want.

    I came into the surgery on Monday the 7th of august for a smear test and while I was there I told the receptionist that my sick note runs out that day and will she ask for it to be extended. Unfortunately for me I’d come on the wrong day for my smear test and my appointment was actually the 9th of august. So when I came back for my appointment on the Wednesday it was the same receptionist who I’d spoke to on the Monday. I thought while I was there I would ask her if my sick note was ready. I knew by the way she was asking me questions that she had clearly not requested it on the Monday. It is now the 16th of august and I have phoned the surgery multiple times to try and chase my sick note up as I have an employer waiting for it. I’ve had one reception staff telling me it can take up to 10 days for my sick note and was so unhelpful ! And as the first receptionist only booked it in on the 9th it looks like I haven’t been waiting as long as I have! It’s ridiculous and is causing me unnecessary stress!

    Asked for medication inside doctor for my son showed them it a got told it was ordered never was came back to be told they can't order it couldn't get thew on phone to inquire about this couldn't be put on hold just got message saying phone back after 2pm was a good practice when the owners actual ran it gone well down hill now am looking at switching never mind the fact your lucky if u get an appointment

    This has been going on since early may see my last review. Had a good conversation with one of the practice manager about my complaint over the phone about what happened in may at my appointment time and the manager made me the appointment for the 12th June 2023. On the morning of my appointment I received a message telling me my appointment been cancelled and to phone the practice to arrange another one which I did. They offered me one in the afternoon on the 12th June at 13.30 hrs but I explained that I would be in Trafford hospital with the wife for her appointment then the receptionist offered me one on the following day Tuesday at 9am I explained that I would be back at work and would be unable to attend at that time the next one was on the 29 of June again early appointment time I explained that I work full time and would like one in the afternoon or evening. The receptionist told me to ring up the next day at 8 am to make an appointment. Unfortunately I start work at 6.30 Monday to Friday and as I am a driver it's not always possible to use the phone I did explain to me receptionist that it was her manager who had made me this appointment but it made no difference to the receptionist. So looks like I will have to take a days leave so I can phone the practice up to make an appointment and then another day leave to attend the appointment because they don't care for people who work full-time

    After waiting for two weeks to see a doctor I turned up 15 mins before my appointment time 15.00 hrs told to take a seat untill my name is shouted At 15.20 I approach the reception to asked if she knew when I would be seen she asked if I had a appointment and my name and date of birth then told me I would be the next one I explained that I had to get back to work At 15.45 I've still not been seen people coming in after me had been in and gone I then had to leave to return back to work I phoned the practice spoke to the receptionist she told me the only appointment she can offer is on the 05/06/23 Complete joke this place

    Receptionist polite and friendly. GP polite and friendly. Took my small problem seriously, checked carefully, explained properly. Good bedside manner, as it were.

    The Practice Pharmacist contacted me to ask me if I wanted to transfer on to the electronic prescription service to make ordering and collection easier for me. This should make it more straight forward.

    The most rudest receptionist ever telling me I’m uneducated because the patient access doesn’t work due to the doctor not putting the medication up for re ordering. Been ordering the medication over the phone for 5 months now due to their incompetence. I work in a high profile job do you think I have time to come into the GP to get a repeat subscription that should have been available on the app in the first place. And that Asian receptionist of yours better get fired. Doesn’t even know what she’s doing or get her educated on the systems because clearly she’s doesn’t know anything. Called at 14:30 28/02/2023. Hear the call back !

    Dear Patient, I am sorry you have had a negative experience at the practice. As you requested, I have listened to the call recording and note that the receptionist did not call you uneducated. I feel there was frustration on both parts, due to you having issues with online ordering and from our receptionist as she had been passed to several different people when you called. To confirm, we do not have any control over online apps and would encourage patients experiencing problems to contact the app help service for resolution. We also do not take orders for medication over the telephone. I can see from the records that the app appears to be working for you now as you did order the medication same day.
