    The WhatsApp service is quick, efficient and easy to use. I've found it really handy for booking appointments and would recommend it to others.

    At first I was very sceptical in using this technology however it is proving very useful and reliable for non urgent assessment due to prompt reply. I like the fact I can get help for issues regarding my children without having to take time out of school. Only issue is telephone consultations should be given a protected time slot making it easier to know when to be available. ICO are transforming GP access for the local Lewisham/Downham community.

    Great practise with extremely friendly and experienced staff. The doctors at the surgery are very efficient, show empathy and make time to listen to my concerns. The new doctaly app is amazing! On several occasions my problems have been delt with on the sane day or next working day.

    The response time is very slow and bad and also very confusing when you're picking the options and if you are not educated in using technology is difficult to understand.

    Started on Saturday they responded first thing monday morning with my queries by 14.42pm all done appointment made repeat prescription sent as was not urgent pleased

    Using the WhatsApp has certainly improved relationships with the practice. It has become extremely easier to contact a doctor and obtain an appointment for a consultation.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the WhatsApp service I received today. I was even offered an appointment for the same day!!

    can get an appointment when needed the new wattsapp is brilliant can report illness before surgery opens which means not sitting on phone for an hour waiting for someone to pick up and then say no appointments left

    Good response using WhatsApp, only slight criticism is when booking a phone call appointment, was only told that it would be in the morning at some point, not a precise time.

    Can usually get an appointment with a named GP within a week, staff at Moorside are nice, but responses seem to vary between different doctors at the surgery. I find the WhatsApp service easier to use, but my parents find it hard which is why I have to use it on their behalf, which is not very empowering for them and can be burdensome for me having to go back and forth.
