Reception staff so lovely.hard working.always so friendly. And keep the smooth running of our surgery. Having to see a new GP since my regular one retired.I find going very difficult . But the new GP is trying very hard to help me feel at ease. I find this new GP kind caring and doing his best to get to understand how my mental health impacts everything I do.

This was my first time to see this dr.I suffer with very poor mental health.every day can be a challenge for me.any type of change is very distressing. So seeing a dr I never saw before was very difficult for me. But I can honestly say the dr helped me feel at ease. I felt listened to.this dr was kind caring and understanding.

Very easy to get appointment. Regular Gp called me.gave me time to talk through my worries.this Gp listens carefully and leaves me feeling reassured with whatever he says.for me this can be a challenge due to my poor mental health. I find this Gp kind caring and very compassionate.all nurses are kind caring and work so very hard. As all receptionists also so very kind caring and truly dose there very best to accommodate all patients. All staff at this surgery work so well as a team. This keeps the surgery running well.I feel privileged to be part of this surgery.here’s a huge thank you to all staff at Groby road medical centre.

I support my two disabled siblings who attend this surgery. Everyone I speak to from reception to the GPs are always so kind and helpful. Considering how busy they are they all do a remarkable job.

The contraceptive nurse was extremely caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. She explained things very well and went over and beyond our expectations. I would recommend anyone her to anyone considering contraceptive advice.

Called to ask for appointment with my regular gp receptionist sorted it within minutes was kind and caring.had my appointment with gp whom is extremely and highly experienced in the role of a gp. I can 100% trust any diagnosis made.sometimes it’s just the reassurance I need. And I get this from gp.I felt heard giving plenty of time to talk through my worries without been made feel a burden.this gp is extremely caring compassionate understanding and shows true empathy.from all caring receptionists. Nurses healthcare assistant and all whom work at the practice do so as a team. It’s the best practice iv ever been part of.a huge thank you to all of you.

I am extremely grateful for the care and compassion that has been provided at this surgery. Appointments are always on time and the GP surgery has kept in contact with me to throughout. Most importantly, I felt heard. Thank you for your outstanding care.

Called to ask for gp telephone consultation this was sorted within minutes receptionist are all so friendly and hardworking keeping the practice running smoothly.I got my call from gp I felt involved in my care I felt listened to .gp was able to reassure me on my health worries I had .gp went the extra mile in helping me to feel calmer on my worries and concerns .after the call I felt calmer gp had shown compassion kindness and reassurance which helped me with my anxiety disorder I feel privileged been part of this practice thank you all

I walked in to the reception without an appointment and asked to use their blood pressure monitor as I thought mine was broken. It wasn’t but my blood pressure was sky high. The receptionist took advice from the nurse and sat with me and did it again. The on call doctor sent me to the practice pharmacist who calmed me down and re did the tests. From there I went to A&E ! I cannot thank this practice enough, remember I didn’t even have an appointment!! I am now receiving excellent care as my blood pressure is falling and it is reassuring to know that the team are only a phone call away. Thanks so much

Had a call telephone consultation with regular gp.I was advised to start a new medication and giving appointment for following day.this was my first face to face since start of pandemic gp made me feel at ease instantly.explained medication and reasons it was suggested and benefit's I’d gain from taking it.I was fully involved in the decision gp felt right for me .I felt completely involved and heard. Gp arranged further tests without keeping me waiting due to symptoms I’d experienced prior to visit.once everything was arranged I began to offload how my grief was affecting me although this appointment had to be slotted in at late notice this didn’t stop the gp from simply listening giving support with understanding and kindness. Following day I called due to concerns regarding hospital appointment gp called me back later that evening although it was late and gp very overstretched with workload at no point made me feel a nuisance this Gp is very passionate about his job dose it to the highest of standards I feel 100% trusted in his care and diagnosis I’d like to say a big thank you for acting so promptly. And all the receptionist staff are hardworking friendly helpful and kind .let’s not forget them when reviewing the surgery as without them there wouldn’t be a surgery there so overstretched not just booking appointments but so much more on top so let’s all give them a big thank you too
