    You're told to call at 8 am when you do exactly that you're number 34 in the queue, once you finally get through 1.5hrs later you get told nothing available try online when you already have at the exact time of call 8:00am and it says capacity full for the day. Doesn't make any sense when you've already seen a dr and received medicine and that dr has left a note for the follow up but still need to call at 8 or go through the online form. Dont know who the liars are drs??

    It’s extremely hard to book an appointment with this GP. Regardless of what time you call, the GP puts you on hold only to tell you that they have no available appointments left. This is the same issue even if you were to go to the GP surgery, with them saying that there are no appointments available anytime soon. Moreover, when they give you an appointment, it is never a face to face appointment, merely a call from a doctor, which I find to be a large issue as there are many occasions where the doctor should be seeing the patient face-to-face for a proper examination.

    Would just like to say thank you to staff at reception and my doctor for the advice yesterday and previous days. Have not long finished cancer treatment i.e radiotherapy, chemotherapy and brachytherapy all I can say is that it’s been very hard plus now I’m going through sudden onset menopause it really is not nice at all but I can say the reception staff each and every one of them and doctors have been amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough. If it wasn’t for the nurse noticing something during my smear in December and quickly sending me for a colposcopy I wouldn’t know where I would be today she is a godsend. I would definitely recommend anyone to this practice as they are brilliant. Yes times are hard right now and I can see people have said it’s hard to get through on the phone but I can only imagine how busy they are. Keep up the good work guys on a scale of 1 -10 I would give you a 11 all day long.

    I phoned on Monday to book an appointment, couldn’t get through. I rang on Tuesday at 8am waited 50mins then hung up. Went to the surgery on Wednesday I was given an app to book the appointment as all appointments had gone, I tried the app but it didn’t work. I rang on Thursday at 8am and waited 1hour 18mins before I got through, again too late as all appointments had gone. Tried the app but still not working. Went into the surgery on Friday and spoke to a receptionist, no appointments and I should use the app or go there at 8am, I asked for another app to be sent to my mobile as I don’t think the previous one worked, she did this but told me I should use the app 8am to book. Whilst I understand the pressure the receptionists are under I do think that waiting so long on the phone to get through is really frustrating, maybe this should be looked into to see what can be done so people are not waiting so long to get through.

    I can not make an in person or online appointment to speak to a gp. I have had to call 111 to get any medical advice. There is no point in me belonging to a gp practice whe I can not see a doctor. Do not use this go practice, they are not fit for purpose.

    Doctor appointment are very few, call the GP just at 8am for the appointment but get queue of 19, after long waiting about 60 minutes call received and informed me no more Doctor appointment available today and suggested to call next day again. But question is how many patients serve per day? Very disappointing doctor appointment system

    There don't seem to be any opportunities to have an in person GP appointment and there are very limited times that I can leave an e-consult - usually just 9-5 Monday to Friday and many of these days the e-consult is closed without a clear reason. Today, at 8.30am and every time I have checked since, it says that requests have reached their capacity, so I have been unable to fill in an e-consult form. I find phone calls very difficult and struggle to get me words across over the phone - I would much prefer an in person appointment or at least the option to write down what I need to say. As the GP calls back at any time and I can't predict this I'm often in work and so can't be open and communicate what I need to. When I called today, the phone call starts with extremely outdated Covid advice which should be changed. During my phone calls with GPs I am often asked the same background questions every time. There doesn't seem to be any record of my symptoms or handover between appointments, and it can feel like starting from scratch every time. Have found a couple of receptionists and GPs that I've spoken to be more compassionate, but this has felt a little hit and miss and lacking in continuity which increases anxiety before calls as I don't know what to expect. On my most recent phone call with a GP I was given a slightly wrong prescription and contradicting instructions on how many to take each day. I've also had to frequently pay double for prescriptions as they have been written as the different doses of the same one medication that I take have been written up in two separate prescriptions.

    For some odd reason they have chosen to allocate quite possibly the rudest call handler at 8am. I am facing very serious health problems, I’ve called at 8am and this specific woman handles my calls and randomly hangs up- deliberately as she says “bye”. I’ve had to result to going to Urgent care as I’ve tried for the past 3 days to book an appointment and the same woman hangs up on me.

    Your Review:  I know you can never get face to face appointments anymore, but I did a online consultation on Friday asking for a call before 3pm. They say you will be called within 2 working days, yet 7 days later I get a call at 16.30 when I am driving at work the Dr leaves me a message that he will call back later, which he never does, so I am now having to wait till Monday to call them again. No wonder A and E is overwhelmed. Disgraceful

    It has become almost impossible to see a doctor, you have to fill in an online form in order to be triaged for a telephone consult with a doctor, so today I tried to do just that to find that they have temporarily disconnected that service and it will be open again on Monday . I’m in pain now and have no way of getting help, rang the practice to be told do an online request, told them that was impossible as they had turned off the service and they said “oh well, you will have to try again Monday !” This practice is failing patients on a daily basis and there excuses don’t solve anything. Receptionists tell patients to go to an already over crowded A& E for minor ailments. It’s about time it improved or the CQC put it into special measures
