Went there last week and the reception staff were so kind to my mum and her doctor looked after her when she had a worry about her heslth.

I had a good experience as the process was very smooth regarding my flu vaccination and the nurse was very helpful and professional Would highly recommend. Receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful. Thank you

Went on a Saturday morning and was jabbed within minutes outside the practice. Overall it was a friendly and professional service.

I consider this practice to be well run, with very good, helpful staff at the reception. The nurses and doctors though extremely busy, have always been kind, considerate, thorough and highly professional in all my dealings there.

I have been registered with this practice for several years and have always found their staff to be professional and willing to help. When I've needed help urgently, they were willing to listen and go the extra mile. The doctors and nurses provide excellent care and have been sensitive to my needs. The practice seems to function efficiently and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The surgery reached out proactively, well ahead of flu season. The appointment was simple to arrange with plenty of date / time options. They provided timely reminders and, on the day, it was arranged excellently and I was in and out in literally 2 minutes.

The team at Gordon House are very helpful in arranging urgent appointments when necessary. The proactive contacts for flu, covid, bowel/prostate cancer or smear tests (for my wife) are a great example of preventative medicine, which are welcome and reassuring. Many thanks for your great work.

Large practice with good choice of GPS, nurses and more. Up to date systems. Friendly staff. Do very well working under extreme pressure.
