To the most amazing person. Thank you for yesterday. I had so many things to talk about. You listened to what I was saying. I was in agony and you have given me something to take. You are the most amazing person. I cannot thank you enough

I am in my seventies and was prescribed four items of medication some years ago. I order and collect my repeat prescriptions every two months. The system worked perfectly until quite recently when a new NHS ordering system was introduced. Four days ago using the new format I ordered my prescription. Today I phoned my pharmacy to ensure they had received a signed off prescription from my GP. They had not. I tried to phone my GP but was told I was 17 in a queue . I held the line for 1 hour and 25 mins and the line went dead. I tied again this time using a facility to get a call back later. No reply How do I feel, disappointed. I spent much of the day trying to obtain a simple prescription and have almost run out of my medication. There is obviously a problem with the IT System, but on the switchboard at Gillan House there are not enough phones or people answering. I have no idea when I will get my medication. I feel the NHS is now failing in this area.

To the most amazing gp. Thank you. Have had another worrying problem and you were very reassuring. I also came to you in extreme pain and you were very quick to diagnose the the problem. With prompt treatment the pain was resolved. Thank you so much.

To the most amazing gp. Once again you have been fantastic. You referred me for a problem that you discovered. I am now undergoing more specific tests. If it had not been for you this would not have been identified. You are a very reassuring person. You are always there to listen when I need advice. Thank you so much.

Have been seeing the most wonderful gp. Have been having some serious problems. He has rung me straight away and referred me to the hospital straight away. He actually rang me out of hours to make sure I was alright. He always puts his patients first and has the most caring nature. He goes out of his way to make sure his patients get the best care. He is amazing. Thank you

Tried to call them at 8 o'clock in the morning and eventually spoken to their very unhelpful receptionist at 9.10 tried to get an appointment for my 4 year old granddaughter who had fever cough and sore throat so very worried with regards to Strep outbreak I was told to take to Finchley and refused to see her found them very uncaring and this is not the first time they don't have any priority for children and very urgent cases a nightmare dealing with them
