To the most amazing gp. Thank you for everything. I saw you for a new problem and you arranged tests straight away. You discussed an ongoing problem and gave me the motivation to carry on. You are an a amazing person. Thank you for everything.

Once again I have to thank my amazing Gp. Had a problem and once again he was brilliant. He was reassuring and listened to what I had to say. He then gave me advice on how to address the situation. Thank you for being there. I really appreciate all the advice and kind words.

To the most amazing gp. Once I am writing to say thank you for all the help and support you have given me. I have been diagnosed with yet another condition and once again you have been fantastic. I saw you and you took the time to send me information by text. I really appreciate this. You always go that extra mile for your patients. Without your kindness and reassurance I don't think I would be able to cope. Thank you for being there.

I needed an urgent appointment for my 3-year old daughter, called first thing at 8am, and after being on hold for 40 mins, I was told that all urgent appointments were given away for the day and that my only options were to take my daughter to urgent care or wait two weeks for the next available appointment. I’ve never heard of a GP that refuses to see young children! Absolutely appalling. Do not register at this GP!

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you have had difficulties in getting through on the phone and getting an urgent appointment at our practice. We are aware that recently we have been having a high number of calls and emergencies and for this reason we have had to employ new staff to answer calls in the morning. We have also employed Locum GP’s to help with the emergencies. I am sorry that you were not offered an urgent appointment for your 3-year-old, and this is something I will feed back to staff as babies and children are given priority for urgent appointments at our practice. My gp is the most amazing person. I had a problem you rang me and then asked me to come in. You also did a post op check and reviewed my medication. You always go that extra mile. Thank you so much for everything you do for me. It is really appreciated.
