    After 4 years of ill health and numerous visited to the docs of which 3 times sent to the wrong surgery missing app . On top of thst my medical records kept were wrong . No doctor actually listened until yesterday when I was meant to see a doc and was palmed of with a nurse (ex military) like myself a veteran upon throughly checking my records on the system my details ie present job previous work etc were wrong he updated them an said u need to see the doctor not me so said I'd get a phone call yesterday I haven't had one when it was a urgent ie BP high suspected stroke ... was originally told to go to ae then gt a phone call before this app saying its OK just got the app at 2 today then I didn't even see a doc a nurse who did exactly what I did at home complete waste of time. And a shocking service considering I've been very ill for several years . Also diagnosing me with early copd but no follow up with a referral.

    On hold for over a hour just to order a repeat prescription. Number 6 in queue. Gave up after 90 minutes. Looking to change to another surgery Very poor

    No one answered phone. 27 in queue. Can't get an appointment. 60 to 90 minutes on hold. Still waiting for ring back from them.

    I had to re-register with this practice as I had moved homes and was previously registered with the practice in Skimped Hill and now live in Birch Hill so registered with the practice in Sainsbury's. What a total waste of time that was as I can never get an appointment to see a doctor at the practice I registered at and get farmed out to one of the other practices that now come under the Forest Health Group umbrella (which seems to be most of them)To make matters worse I was told I am a high priority patient as I have had couple of life threatening illnesses the most recent was detected recently. I do not have a problem with any of the doctors I have seen (when I can get an appointment to see them) but what is the point of registering at one practice only to be given an appointment with a practice at the other end of town? I understand each doctor has a quota of patients and that they limit the numbers for the well being of their staff but what kind of logistical nonsense is it that drive them to send patients to Boundary House, Skimped Hill or any other of the practices operated by this completely useless management company. I know the government is trying to destroy the NHS but I would say the management of Forest Health Group are doing a better job of it! I am seriously thinking of registering with the doctors in Ascot as they tend to make sure patients get seen due to being in an area with a lot of very wealthy patients although I would rather stay with the nitwits (excluding the doctors who are so far okay) if I could get an appointment at the prsctice I registered at!

    On phoning the practice for an appointment I was 28 in the queue, after 20 minutes I was still 28 so hung up. I then went on the Internet to 111, after answering all the relevant questions I was told to contact my GP. I made a telephone call to the GP surgery at 11am and held on to talk to a care navigator, an hour later my call was picked up to be told they had no appointments, they were stretched and to call 111 after 6.30pm. I decided to go to the Urgent Care centre and was given an appointment for this morning. They said as I did not have a minor injury I needed to see my GP, they telephoned my GP surgery who said a GP would phone during the day. Approximately 1 hour later my GP surgery phoned to let me know I had an appointment, back, at the Urgent Care Centre this afternoon. Thankfully I have now been given medication. I feel I have been passed from pillow to post. Not impressed with the surgery but thankfully for the Urgent Care Centre.

    I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks now. I called again this morning and I was 64th in the queue... 64!! Last time I was 31st in the que and after just over an hour on hold I hung up... 64 in the queue I would have been holding all morning. There needs to be a better way. When they have the AskmyGP app at least you could email the Dr and get a response; now you have no way of contacting them other than the phone and you cannot get through. Literally pointless being registered with them as you will never be able to make an appointment.

    Getting an appointment is very difficult, phoning at 8am not always convenient. Took 45 mins when 27th in queue. Next time I was 45 in queue, I hung up. When I requested my test results on Klinik got no response. Went into surgery and told I was on a list for a phone call. Received call 2 months after test results were available on NHS app! There was also a letter on app that I have never received asking me to phone surgery for an appointment for a test. I would never have known if I had not looked on app! I am now on a list for a test appointment, no idea how long the list is.

    Having been with Gainsbourogh before the merger with Forrest Health appears to have been a disaster. They have messed up prescriptions on more than one occasion, certain reception staff at Bagshot are rude, and you never ever get a call back as promised. I have had to chase several times just to get appointments booked, the whole process taking 3-4 weeks. Today the phone system is stuck on a loop so you can't get through to anyone anyway. The whole system seems to be a complete mess. Extremely frustrating - my appointments have been non urgent and I feel for people who are actually ill trying to get any support from this practice.

    I called up at 3pm and spoke to a lovley receptionist at boundary house and she said they had no appointments left. I explained my 10 year old daughter needed to be seen urgently. She kindly spoke to the duty doctor who fitted my daughter in for 4pm. Upon arriving the receptionist were welcoming and kind. When we saw the Dr she was unbelievably kind, thorough, reassuring. My daughter did end up having a lung infection so am so grateful for them for seeing my daughter considering how busy they have been. Well done forest health group keep up the amazing work you are all doing .

    I called initially to register as a temp patient, being a uni student who has moved back for the summer. They claimed they didn't do such a service and told me to call 111. I call 111 and I'm told I must be seen within 24hrs and to contact GP and become a temp patient. Miraculously, they now can actually register me. I call 4 times on that day and every time was told I would be called back. I was never called back. I call the next day, a lovely lady answers very apologetic so I was oblivious enough to believe this time they would actually call me back to make an appointment. I never got a call back despite having a 111 referral to be seen by a doctor. This is ridiculous, my situation is urgent and I am being "lost in the system". That should never happen and its made me angrier and more stressed about the situation I'm in. I' disappointed as I've been with Forest Health my entire life up until uni.
