I was allocated a GP who I had not ‘seen’ before. She was very understanding of my situation and, as well as providing me with a sick note, was a great listener and voice of reason which was very important when I was doubting myself. She also gave great direction for more help from the wider NHS (which was also very good). Many thanks Fallodon Way Medical Centre

Made a mistake on re ordering my medication - navigator kind and helpful.Prescription sent to chosen pharmacy and I had my tablets within 24 hours . I have always found compassion and top quality care from all the team - outstanding.

I had a very positive experience of a mirena coil fitting with 2 fantastic members of your team. I was incredibly anxious about this procedure but such kindness and compassion was shown to me and enabled me to feel comfortable enough to continue. This is one of many positive experiences I have had at this practice. Huge thank you for all of your hard work.

Recently I fell and cut my shin badly and after a hospital visit was asked to make appointments to see the practice nurse. The nurses were so competent, helpful and encouraging, I felt I was in safe hands . I want to pass on my appreciation of their care. The wound healed quicker then was expected and I am sure that was due to the competent care I received. Thank you all

I made an appointment at 8:15 in the morning as I felt very unwell. I was given the option of either seeing the advanced medical practioner the same day or have a phone consultation with the doctor. I opted for the face to face with the practioner and what wonderful treatment! She was so thorough and ended up speaking to the duty doctor who spent time talking to me and recommending I went to the Same Day Emergency Care dept at Southmead Hospital. What a great decision that was as I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given antibiotics. Thank you so much to everyone at Fallodon Way; from the receptionist who initially took my call to the wonderful practitioner and doctor. This is the National Health Service at its best! I am so very grateful to you all!

You're pushed to book everything through an online form, which is fine and expected, but they never respond to requests for telephone consultations or appointments within the timescales set. I've given up and am moving to a new surgery.

After being let down by the pharmacist who hadn’t told me they couldn’t fill my prescription until I went in - took my prescription to another pharmacy who said they couldn’t get it and back to the GP Rang the surgery who were really helpful and said the dispensing pharmacist would see what they could do. Twenty minutes later a text to say they had found a source of stock and sent a prescription to the chemist. Great service thanks - might seem small but was important to me
