The GP I was sent to made me feel ignored, prescribed something I stated multiple times didn't agree with me, and ignored my referral plea and form, saying nothing would be done until I'd taken the unwanted course of pills. I left feeling unheard and sidelined, like they just wanted me out of the door asap.

Poor signage in reception so waited unnecessarily for a receptionist to be available. GP did not introduce themselves and was cold and uncaring. Nothing wrong with advice or outcome of appointment but felt as though they would rather not be there.

Seen on time by a very helpful locum who clearly explained my symptoms and gave alternative solutions and arranged for emergency ferral to consultant. Only gripe from me it took three days phoning at 8am before I could get an appointment

The doctor I saw this time was excellent. They listened to my concerns and I left very happy with the result and planned future treatment

I went for my appointment on 10/05/2024 at 3pm and was notified my appointment was actually the day before. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful and was still able to squeeze me in for a slot at 3:20pm. I couldn't believe I got the dates wrong but she was so helpful and understanding. In the past I haven't I have had issues being able to see anyone but today made up for all of that as she was so helpful and understanding.

Nice doctor explained things clearly and was easy to talk to and did not rush did not wait long at all nice and refreshing to have a nice and kind doctor as my daughter has learning difficulties but the doctor kindly explained cthungs clearly

I was called into the surgery exactly on time. The locum doctor I saw was positive and efficient and said she would arrange for me to be seen by the relevant department at QEH. Someone from the department phoned me the following day and arranged for an initial telephone consultation with a specialist nurse two days later.

But.... I took yesterday morning off work after waiting around three weeks for an appointment. I told the reception that I needed a double appointment because of a knee and shoulder problem. I had my appointment yesterday with a nice doctor. She said as I was talking.. sorry you inly have one appointment. I told her I booked two. I then mentioned my shoulder (long story) and that the last doctor (MSK) said if it isn't getting better I could need an operation and would need to talk to my doctor. Yesterday the doctor said... I will need to talk to Muscle / bone section she couldn't refer me to hospital for an MRI scan and to go to reception and book an appointment. Reception said the Doctor needs to book that. I said... sorry I have got to go to work. They said.. we will book you one now and call you back. That was yesterday. No call and a morning off work.
