I was able to make an appointment on the same day I called. Opposed to before when I needed to call on specific days and these days changed over time. Reception seems more proactive and less hostile. Doctor was helpful and precise although the consultation remains very short and too fast. I also went for a female health appointment but told I could not get an exam because of a matter of months (not yet time for smear) but that’s more NhS fault rather than the gp. Overall, the service seems to have improved but I have not seen the two main doctors, these two doctors were rude to me on separate occasions so not sure if they have changed how their treatment of patients.

I attended because of a serious knee pain and swollen both ankle The doctor tried to take my BP both the hand culf was small she asked me to use the outside machine which I used my BP seems high to me I handed over to the reception desk has instructed I waited for about 10 mins thinking I will be called back since I asked the doctor for a prescription Up till now I haven’t had a call from the surgery

I went to the surgery with a potential eye and chest infection. The GP didn’t look at my eyes and dismissed my chest. She refused to give me Medication. I then went away and paid to have a consultation at a private practice and was prescribed antibiotics and told I had acute chest infection and eye infection.

Rang to ask for advice from Dr on Tuesday. Advised to call back 8am on Wednesday. Got through within 5 minutes, offered F2F appointment for 10.10 or phone appointment. Opted for face to face. Saw a fantastically helpful and friendly Dr who discussed my medical issue and gave me options as to how to go foward. Thank you so much.

Doctor didn’t really help, told me to keep using the medication even though I told her I was having a reaction to it.

I am happy with the service that I got from the GP I met yesterday. He was attentive and understanding when I stated my problem and offered me options of treatment in line with my understanding of my circumstances. I am happy with the outcome of this visit

I rarely see Doctor, had 2 issues, felt like I was a nuisance on Doctor, who didn't have enough manners to talk to me rather than computer screen.

I was told I needed to book a face to face appointment. When I got there the doctor was not aware why. complete waste of time. I took time off of work to attend.
