I left the consultation very disappointed and quite upset. The doctor talked 'at me' and did not really listen to my concerns.

Doctor suggested the first treatment And suggested alternative if this do not work Reassured me it is nothing very critical

I was seen by a doctor who was very patient and empathetic. The checkup was very thorough and systematic. In the end, I was prescribed the necessary medications as well as being recommended to visit a specialist for a more persistent ailment.

Had a review with my GP, and it went well. I was listened to, and my GP explained all the necessary steps that I need to take to ensure a speedy recovery.

Doctor i spoke to on phone was really nice. Polite and professional. Spoke very clear and doubled checked i was OK before leaving conversation.

Wait in a long queue Didn't give a happy response I am bot satisfied with the service they have provided. When we go therefore the appointment they said Doctor is not here you have to come back on another day.

A lovely meeting/doctor who was interested and caring and noted down pertinent points of my health on computer. She was clearly intuitive and listened to me. We made a plan for my future which was very helpful and reassuring. Thank you doctor I hope you stay.

This the third time I have asked to know which room the doctor is in because I need to be facing anyone calling me to lip read as I didn't have my hearing aids in (due to ear infection) and yet again all I was greeted with by reception staff" I ont know what room and oh don't worry the doctor will call you" seriously no understanding of what being deaf means when someone could be calling me from any of 4 directions!!! Another patient helped me when the doctor called me
