    This practice used to be wonderful until around three years ago. Since then a steady decline in the ability to see a doctor, talk to anyone other than front desk and lack of any dialogue is disgusting. I recently spent the best part of a year sick from work for mental health and never once saw a medical professional from this surgery, I only received three brief phone calls in this time. More recently medical paperwork has been lost, no apology, no explanation just "it's been lost" Steer clear is my advice

    I am sorry to hear that you have been unwell and feel that you should have been seen by a Doctor rather than speaking over the phone. We do now have Mental Health workers attached to the surgery and it may be that your Doctor could do a referral for you. I can also discuss with your Doctor your concerns about not being seen in person. Please contact the practice and ask to speak to our Practice Manager Evie Langman who will be happy to discuss further with you.

    I asked for a sick note to carry on as of today as the one I have ran out today. I was told I would have it by end of practice. I am still waiting and now they have closed until 8.15am tomorrow. Not impressed with the service.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The Doctor did the sick note at 16.39 on the 9th, but did in fact forget to send it to you, so human error I'm afraid. Please accept our apologies and this has been highlighted to the GP concernced. Regards Clare (Patient Services Manager)

    It is not as good as it used to be I called to chase up some medication and a letter from the hospital. I was really struggling mentally and with speech. I asked about both the meds and the treatment. Was told I had to chase up the hospital myself. I Said I was feeling too poorly to do it ( and I'm really struggling with speaking and communication) was told " you have to be strong" by the person on the phone. This implied I was being weak. I had actually no physical or mental strength left as so poorly and exhausted. What I had and have been dealing with the last few years says otherwise I have been very strong. A doctor totally dismissed my concerns about changes in my health. I kept being fobbed off. Turned out I had exactly what I said I thought it was when I finally got assessed. I had been struggling for 2 years and really no quality of life and I had kept trying to get treatment or help. It's a shame it used to be an amazing practice. That said most of the staff are kind and the majority of doctors are good, but there is little continuity between follow ups and appointments

    The doctors go above and beyond to help me very happy as I have many long turn illnesses As most of my needs are complex
